Established as a separate firm in Edinburgh in 1978, Marwicks has since then specialised in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial property throughout mainland Scotland and in Shetland.

We specialise in the use of state of the art technology, allowing us to produce in-house our own website and laminated A4 property marketing materials. This allows us to provide particulars which meet your requirements and expectations, and to make changes (e.g. modifications to viewing, price, etc) instantly and without charge to you.

For larger properties, we also arrange at cost production of 4 page laminated and unlaminated brochures which are produced to the highest standards.

Our two Partners, Michael Marwick and Hugh Savage offer a personal service to all clients. We employ no assistants - all business is handled by one or our two partners. We undertake no Court work, civil or criminal - our partners are available to deal with property and executry matters as required.

In addition to the above services, we also undertake Trust and Executry work, and other general work. For clients requiring advice on divorce, court or other specialised services, we are happy to provide introductions to firms specialising in the required field.
