We take on a limited amount of new business, which is geared to our workload at any given point in time. As a small firm, all our clients affairs are handled by our two partners, and employ no assistants or paralegals. Despite the recession, our staff levels have remained unchanged and we are able to offer the same level of service that we have always provided. In addition, full property brochures can be downloaded direct from our website or from the ESPC website as a PDF file allowing fast delivery of the full brochure direct to your printer.

From 1^st December, 2008, Home Reports were introduced in Scotland as a legal requirement for virtually all properties going on the market from that date. Althought HIPs (which were somewhat different in their nature) have been abolished in England, the Scottish Government have announced their present intention to retain Home Reports in Scotland and this expensive pre-requisite to putting your home on the market remains an unavoidable outlay north of the border. We are able to arrange these online  and, if you are hoping to market your property from a specific date, it is essential that time is allowed for this to be arranged as no marketing can take place without the Report. The requirement for a Home Report has effectively changed the timescale required for marketing a property, and also the associated costs required at the outset.
